Start practicing with SMALL STUFF. This means they are NOT emotionally charged and are simply minor irritants that slightly bother you once in a while. Problems that don't even need a solution.
Remember - we learn better when we are having fun - so please try to keep at least the first 5 or 6 practices problems small and approaching them with a light heart.
